Stephanie values a warm and nurturing environment where her clients feel understood, valued, and empowered. Stephanie’s approach is to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship with each individual and assist each client to improve self esteem, mental health and wellbeing.

In addition to providing a safe and non-judgemental environment, Stephanie tailors evidence-based techniques so that they are most suited to each client’s needs, including encouraging feedback to ensure therapy is on track and aligns with the individual’s needs. She uses an integrative approach that incorporates treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, she draws on Positive Psychology principles and Mindfulness-Based techniques.

Stephanie is passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults.
