Diana is passionate about developing strong relationships and working collaboratively to help individuals overcome obstacles to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
Diana is an empathic and dedicated therapist who strives for continual growth. She has previously competed as an elite level athlete and understands the complexities of sport.
Therapies:
Diana uses a client-centred and strengths-based approch and understands the uniqueness of each person’s experiences. She draws from a range of therapies tailored to individual needs including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.
Clinical Interests:
Diana works with adolescents and adults and has experience running groups targeting athlete wellbeing. She also has experience working in private practice, inpatient, and community mental health settings with individuals experiencing a range of presentations, including:
