We offer a range of group programs at The SAM Centre helping you to learn to relax and unwind through relaxation techniques and meditation.

RELAXATION GROUP

Learn new ways to reduce your anxiety and stress through learning about and practicing applied relaxation techniques at The SAM Centre.


This 5 week course costs $145. The full fee must be paid up front when enrolling into the course.

Mindfulness Meditation

Learn the basics of meditation and become mindful in everyday life, establish a regular practice and deal with difficulties in meditation practice.

self compassion

Use meditation and other techniques to develop a kinder and more forgiving approach to life, leading to greater self-acceptance and freedom.

    Meditation Trainer

    Gwenda Cannard is an experienced Life Coach and Meditation/Relaxation teacher and brings a warm, relaxed and light hearted approach to each class.

    She has taught relaxation to a wide range of Health & Welfare practitioners for over 20 years and has co-facilitated a Mindfulness Cognitive Therapy Group since 2007. She has also been a regular practitioner of yoga for over 30 years and has been practising daily meditation for more than 10 years.
