Andrew has diverse experience in public and private clinical services. He currently combines private practice with employment at Austin Health in the Health Independence Program. Andrew has previously worked in forensic assessment and has a broad professional background, with experience in business, tertiary education, and sports coaching.

Andrew focuses on creating a supportive and collaborative environment in working with clients to achieve their goals. His professional interests include depression, anxiety (e.g. phobias, panic, and worry), OCD, trauma, personality disorders, grief, eating disorders, and chronic pain and illness. Interventions are tailored to the needs of each client and include evidence-based approaches:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
  • Schema Therapy
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
